CANCELLATION POLICY 

Most of Whiskers reservations are made weeks, sometimes months, in advance... so it is very difficult to accommodate others when reservations are canceled at the last minute. For this reason, WHISKERS PET SITTING/DOG WALKING SERVICE, LLC, has set the following guidelines regarding security deposits and cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION FEES

• If reservations are canceled prior to 8 days or more: Refund in full

• Cancellations between 3 - 7 days: 50% of the total cost is charged

• Cancellations 48 hours or less: Payment in full is charged. 

• For reservations made for a Holiday and canceled: Payment in full is charged.

 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

In order to reserve services for a duration of 7 days or longer, a 20% nonrefundable deposit will be required at the time the reservation is made.
